How resource uploads work
- Select a category from the dropdown above (e.g., "Branding — Social Media Graphics")
- Drag and drop your files onto the upload area, or click to browse
- Files upload directly to S3 and become immediately available in the portal
- Agents can find them on the corresponding portal page (Resources, Branding, etc.)
Need to manage agent accounts? Use the AWS Cognito Console to add or remove agents.
